Super A single seed planter

Hi All, I've been looking through McCormick books to identify my planters on my Super A tractors. I found a Cub book only calls them "single seed planters". They are the type that use the about 8" round seed plate with about a 5" center hole. The seed plates are changed out by removing the wing nut in the center of the planter, not by tilting the planter. I have the bases and knockers to use either the edge seed plates or the drilled seed plates. Do ya'll know the actual number/name of this planter unit? Are seed plates still available for it?

Here are a couple of pictures.
The first picture is the edge plate set up. I can take that off and use the center hole set up on the same drive. ny help?
