Tire removeal

Yes, That would be correct. If you need the tire taken off the wheel it then needs then to be taken to a tire repair shop. Tire changing is for trained persons and I can't train you by internet.

If you are talking about the tire from the rim you do that by breaking the bead and then using pry bars, or you can take it to your friendly local tire shop and they will use their tire machine. I began doing my own a few years ago and breaking the bead with down pressure on a loader, but now I use the fast hitch on the 300 to break beads and it is the best thing I have ever seen.

You're going to have to be more specific as to which part of the tire removal process you need help with.

Most 504's have a 6 lug bolts holding the rim to the hub. Remove those 6 bolts, and the tire/wheel assembly can be removed from the tractor.

If you cannot remove the bolts, they are rusty and seized in place. You will need to do whatever it takes to get the bolts loose. Sometimes penetrating oil and time will work. Sometimes you need to apply heat with an oxy-acetylene torch.

A 1/2" drive pneumatic impact wrench will often jiggle the bolts loose if they are rusted.

If you have the bolts removed, but the wheel will not come off, it is rusted in place. Get a bigger hammer. Kick it harder. It will come off.

I have seen an occasional 504 with the older cast wheel center. In those cases, you simply need to remove the three lug bolts holding the rim to the wheel. If the rim is on the inside of the wheel and you cannot get it past the wheel, just lean it in towards the top and lift straight up. It will come off.

it has hub plate with 4 bolts I got them loose, they just keep turning like something inside turning not the bolt. I don't yhink all 4 would be broken inside?

Feel on the back side of the hub for nuts. Threads maybe stripped and someone put nuts on longer bolts. Maybe even smaller bolts with nuts.
you can find all kinds of things.

"Hub plate with 4 bolts." Never heard of such a thing.

Can you post a picture of what you're trying to work on?
