Super C seat.

I have owned my Super C for over 3 years now. I am on my 3rd set of rubber bushings in the seat pivot. The last set was put in this spring with a new heavy duty coil spring and new shock. I weigh 230#. I mow some pretty rough ground. I just noticed today while I was mowing both bushings are junk already. I am about ready to try a bronze bushing in there and be done with it. Anyone have something else to try?

That's a lot of weight. Are you sure you are getting the IH bushings or just a couple that seem to fit? Also the rod can get worn, those are still available. Seems to me that bronze bushings will get more wear since there is no flexibility.

I have been buying them off a tractor supply company that I have been buying from for sometime. I buy them under an IH number. They seem like they are really soft. Do the H's and M's have these in the seat pivot also?
