Curious when the IH wide-front on a Farmall 460 - 560 went from the cast - like a Farmall A wheel, to the pressed steel wheel? Thanks in advance for any input. You peekin' georgeky?...if so, "Hi!"

My money's on there being no definitive record of the changeover.
Most likely, in typical IH fashion at the time, they used up the old parts they had before switching to the new parts. So, some early 1958's will have cast front wheels, and any others you see are transplants off older tractors.
