Making this question a little clearer

Our local Case IH dealer can get rebuild kits for the A/B, but they don't list the 6342 DH, but they do list a 251069R1 as well as the numbers for the Super A (which I know isn't correct). Are they the same, just a new number for the newer parts numbering system?

Thats a different block. If you want a kit you should pull one so you can take the measurements at the bottom as there is confusion sometimes when ordering. I dont know why he cant get ones for your block as it is quite popular. Call Abeline in Belmond,Ia they can get what you need. I use their stuff all the time. Your sleeves should meaure 3 5/16 at the bottom but you never know until you have removed one because over the years never know what has been done to these engines.

I'll second what Gene said, pull a sleeve and measure it at the O-ring. There is more than one possible size there and you need to have the right one.

Who can say what may have been changed, altered, replaced over the years on a block that old?
