Value of WDR9

Greetings,

I have a 49 WDR9 that I am trying to get some idea of its value. There are not alot of these out there that I can find and have not really found any that have been bought or sold. The tractor is in original condition with the orginal tires. The tires are pretty much shot. The tin is in good condition and would only need a little TLC. The tractor starts on gas and runs on diesel. I need to thin down my tractor collection or build some new buildings for them. This one will have to go.

I have a super wdr9 near end of production that is very original but not even sure what it is worth.

There was a WD-9 in top notch order, new tyres, paint, etc. that sold at auction a couple weeks ago in Brandingburg, Kantucky. It brought $7,250.00
That should give you an idea on where to start with your priceing.

well the wd9 is just a tractor, so then I would presume the rice model should be double that or more if fully restored properly. and a completely original in top shape is usually worth the most to collectors.

$2000 rice models are neat but not double neat.

I bought my Super WDR9 2 years ago with a stuck engine but it was straight with original paint and weathered tires, I gave $1500 for it at that time. Of course it took about $3000 to do the engine. I hope this helps you out.
