found an old f-12 in a barn, looks to be complete, the engine is stuck with no obvious cracks or problems it is a wakashau motor.sorry about the spelling. what would this tractor be worth?

One was listed on Ebay last week for 1500.00 and it didn"t sell. If it is complete and clean, not a rusted hunk I think 1500.00 was a fair price for a project waukesha in good shape. where are you located? Are you looking to sell it? oldiron29

I agree with Oldiron29. These are not common, and tend to be a bit more desirable from a collector perspective. They are not rare, but they are also not common either.

Offer 1000 - 1200 and go up from there. I wouldn't dicker higher than 1500 though. Never hurts to start a bit lower, with a max price in mind if it gets to that.

Keep in mind the Waukesha engine was only used for the first 8 months of production, makes it desirable and also makes parts rare and expensive. Single or wide front and other options can add to the value but the Waukeshas are the high end of 12/14 value.
