Hyd. oil is getting in engine oil is there a seal kit for this pump or does it just need the seal around the pump shaft behind the pump drive gear?

If it works okay otherwise, the shaft seal is all it should need.
 
That one seal should be all you need. If you do need to go with the complete overhaul kit with seals/gaskets and such I believe it was about $100 through the Case dealer. I went through these issues about two years ago when I redid my whole hydraulic system.
 
Check the shaft for any wear you may need a speedi sleeve to cover that surface. Hal
PS: Item #4 is the seal and item #11 is where the seal makes contact.

A word to the wise. Be careful with item #13. It is a square cross section o-ring. As far as I could find, they are no longer made. The rest of the o-rings can be matched up at a supply house. The seal I got at NAPA, but I can't find the part number for you. I just took the old one in and he matched it up. The new style seals are now much thinner than the old ones. You just need to measure where to put it so it does not run on the old seal grooves in the shaft. If I remember right, I put mine in as far as it would go.

Usually you'll discover that the hydraulics have stopped working, find no oil in the reservoir, and no major external leaks.
