Cub Magneto

Hi guys, anybody know of an on line manual for the IH J4 magneto? I seem to be able to find H4, but not the J. I have some issues with the thing so figure I'd like to go right through it.
Cheers,
Rex

What sort of issues are you having with your Cub's magneto?

This manual covers the entire electrical system of the Cub, but the J4 magneto is covered beginning on page 4 and continues through page 6:

And you might take a look at pages 18 through 20 in this one:

Hope this helps

Thanks Jim,
I was having trouble with the running of the Cub, isolated it
down to the magneto (or spark issues)
I've cleaned the points and put in a replacement condenser,
and noted that the impulse could do with a bit of work. It's
quite grotty inside too, so I thought I'd like to give it a service
and possibly bearings etc. I don't like to shop things out unless
it is absolutely necessary, and given that a magneto is mostly
a mechanical machine, I reckon I could do the work with a bit
of guidance. Magneto repair places are few and far between
down this way too, so I'll see how I go.
I'll check out the link, thanks.
