Belt pulley A,C interchangeable?

Yes. If the C did not have a pulley unit, be sure to pull the cover where the pulley unit mounts to see if the drive gear for the pulley unit is on there. Tractors without the pulley unit usually had only a spacer where the pulley drive gear mounts on the tractor shaft. If no gear on your C, you will need to get the drive gear off the A as well as the pulley unit.
