="Bob" Hey Bob; This is my first viewing of your photo; give me and others info. i.e. tractor year, your idea, how do the ice cream lickers board, any thing else. I'd guess early fall with the warmer clothes - some festival somewhere. Thanks for sharing!

That thing need a remote dog shock collar in each seat. That way if one of the "cylinders" isn't putting out full power and can give it a little more life!

Photo was taken several years ago at the Hawk Museum in north central North Dakota. The "tractor" is not "local" and I did not get a chance to visit with the owner, so I don"t know whose it is or where it"s from.

It sure was fun to watch, though!
