1066 Black Stripe Hydraulic Remote Problem

I have a 1066 Black Stripe that I bought a few years
ago, only the remotes on the Left side (Rear Drivers
Side) work, the ones on the other side do not, the
lever for that side seems to move way too freely, It
appears that I am going to have to replace my round
baler (NH 851), and the ones I'm seeing require dual
remotes, I do not know where to start looking for
whatever is broken here, I have looked for hydraulic
remote controls for the 1066 but not sure what i
should be looking at.

The valves are under the seat.

I'm surprised it's not blatantly obvious, because the cover is usually missing on these tractors. People take them off to fix problems and don't put them back.

Anyway, remove the cover from below the seat, and you will be able to see the linkages from the levers to the remote valves. Move the lever on the one that works, watch what happens, and then compare to the lever that does not work.

Post what you find and someone will tell you what to check next.

Thanks, I will do hopefully tonight when I get home,
the guy I bought it from likely did nothing with it,
and since it has a cab etc.. It does not appear to
have had things taken apart. So far, it's the best
$4,000.00 tractor I've ever bought, and it was one
of those impulse drive by, see the tractor, stop and
buy it, complete with duals. I really need to learn
more about it, so far it runs great, Hour meter
shows just over 5000 hours now, not sure if it's on
it's first trip around or not though.

Found broken roll pin hope that fixes it. Feel dumb now.
