hi all, here's the deal-i need advice or web site for john deer 110 garden tractor. I was mowing along fine and she quit. I assumed it was out of gas so re-fueled, it was very low. Now she starts up fine but runs for about 20 feet, then idles right down to quit, but at the last gasp picks right back up and runs fine for about another 20 feet;then down to quiting speed. I have spent all afternoon looking for fuel issues, broke governor spring etc. Nothing ! just large wollered out hole in carb for baffle shaft.
I have an old Wisconson wood splitter with same issue.
If anybody can point me in the right direction I would be very greatful
tractor is a John Deere 110 or 112? gas, about 1970
