300 Utility Cigar Lighter Wiring

I am trying to install a cigar lighter like the tractor used to have. Does anyone know the wiring for one? the tractor is still a 6v positive ground tractor. I believe the hot wire goes to the DISCHARGE side of the amp gauge.

Also, there is another tab or post for a ground wire, do I need it?

The power wire goes to the side of the amp meter not connected to the starter relay on the starter.
(load side). the ground may not be needed, but is a good idea. Jim

Use it with caution. I"ve been told that those lighters caused many tractor fires. Previous owner probably cut the wires for that reason. You might want to add an inline fuse if it doesn't already have one.
