Rims interchangeable?

Will the rear rims from a 400 farmall with the 8 spoke center fit on a SMTA with the 6 spoke center? Just from looking it seems the clamps are different. I would like to keep the cast centers on their respective tractors just want to use the 15.5s from the 400 on the SMTA which has 13.6s on now and thought maybe the easiest route would be changing rims. Now not so sure. Thanks for the help. DK

The rims could be either single wide bevel in the middle or double narrower bevels; that"s probably why they"re different. They won"t interchange.

Thanks for the help. Guess I could just change the entire wheel. Or buy the correct style rims.

The 6-spoke hubs use drop-center rims.

The 8-spoke hubs use double-bevel rims.

Definitely not compatible. Only way to get the 15.5's over to the MTA is the hard way, but then the rims are too narrow.
