International 350 farm sale buy

Bought a 350 international (cheap) went to change engine oil and found it full of hydraulic oil. How is this possible? Is the hydraulic pump hooked to the engine never seen a set up like this. Any help would be great.

bsd seal in hydraulic pump. yes it is mounted to engine. get IT IH10 shop manual it covers hydraulic system.

Pretty easy fix if the seal is a normal lip seal, some had orings. A new or used good pump is always an option. (great tractor by the way). Jim

I'm waiting on a repair kit for my W400D for exact same thing.
Not sure if anyones interested, but the old style seals were made from rawhide. They stood up pretty well. And absolutely buy the IT manual. New pump for mine on Ebay- $750
Yeah, trying seals first!
