decals from the land of almost right

Since CIH charges so much for decals (and so many of them are discontinued) I took a chance and bought what purported to be a complete set of 574 decals from an outfit with which some of you are familiar (it has "cheap" in its name). Although enough of these are usable that it wasn't a complete ripoff, I'll note that some items in the set are definitely not proper repros -- the typography is pretty raunchy on a couple, and there are misspellings ("responce" in great big letters on the lift decals) and unneeded apostrophes (or should that be apostrophe's).

Lesson learned: if the on-line photo is too fuzzy to permit reading the decals, you might be surprised when you get them.

Thanks for the suggestion. I regularly order stuff from C&G but for this series of tractors all they seem to offer (apart from their online CIH store) is the hood stripes, and I was looking for the complete decal set (which is why I tried those other guys).

I have the chassis (caution/warning/instructional) decals too! Click the link to see the listing.

EVERYONE else who offers them, either buys them from me or has copied my sets.
IH Decals

Ken -- I saw that page but I didn't see a chassis set for the diesel 454/464/574/674 family (which all would use just about the same decals except for the number on the stripe). For my future reference, is there another chassis set that you stock that would have the same transmission and lift decals? Thanks.

I have not made any sets for the "worldwide" IH tractors (54-74-84-85-95 series) yet. They have a number of choices for each model and (so far) demand for them has been non-existant.

Ken,

Are there any differences early-late H in your sets? I need a set for a 1950 H.

email is open.

Ken -- demand was probably minimal since 1) these are new enough that not too many of them were getting repainted until recently, and 2) until a year or two ago one could get all the decals from CIH. Now CIH is phasing them out and when NOS shifter decals, speed charts, etc. come up on eBay they seem to get snapped up quickly.
