I can't find an light of that description in my 84 series operators manual, covers early and late 84 series.
Only ones with arrow pointing to the right are Oil pressure, right turn signal.
There are two "dummy" lights with right arrows that are claimed to be unused, but both have left hand arrows as well on them.
