140 Fast hitch or 3 point?

Looking at a 140 that has just the drawbar. Wondering if would be beter off to get a Fast hitch or just make a 3 point.

Fast hitch is fast and I could get IH attachments.
3 point is more unaversal and I have some attachments.

we have four tractor on our farm, three with 3 point hitch and one with fast hitch. Fast hitch was a good idea but we are going to change it to 3 point because it limits what that tractor can do because it take fast hitch implements. If your just a collector I would keep the fast hitch for shows.

You realize that Worksaver Manufacturing makes a 3 point hitch for the Farmall 140. It would be better to buy a factory made hitch than make it yourself. Save time, aggrivation, and most likely be cheaper in the long run and be factory engineered. I sell them, and currently don't have a good used one, but they pop up every now and then.

I was in a similar situation. I just bought all the parts for a 3 point from tractor supply and bolted the bars to the final drives. I need to rig up a way to bolt on stabilizers. I have an idea and when its complete, I will post the results so stand by....
