Qick Coupler Hydraulic connections 1946 Farmall H

I recently purchased a 1946 Farmall H with a Farm Hand 15 Loader on it. the hydraulic hoses were threaded into a 90 elbow on either side of the tractor to the cylinders.

My question is, I would like to install quick couplers at the connection points off of the 90 degree elbows coming out of the thractor so that I could easily remove the loader. Do i need a special connection?

Nope, nothing special necessary at all.

I believe they are 1/2" NPT, which is standard pipe thread.

(They could be 3/4" NPT but I don't think so.)

THanks I just was not sure if there were 2 way or 1 way couplers for this application as I am new to this tractor.

A coupler is a coupler. It will work for either 1 way or 2 way.

they are 1/2" NPT thread at the elbows. Jim
