I have a 1066 IH tractor and my parking will not engage nor will my transmission shift from high to low.It is stuck in high forward even when the lever is in reverse.Need help.Thanks Red

Look at your linkages. Sounds like something came apart, not pulling it out of hi. Which would also lead to your park lock not working, the safety block on it is still in the way.
