I tap them and screw the slide hammer in to pull them out. You can just turn in a self tapping bolt, rat tail file or various other techniques and go through from other side and drive them out. Should take only one at a time and then run reamer in from other side to keep proper alignment. Also, the bushing on governor side has an alignment slot for the two holes that go to economizer circuit. I always shorten that bushing before installing as it requires a special tool to cut it off after installation otherwise. It is supposed to be 5/8th inch in I believe. Other ways of doing it of course just my method.
