Broken pulley flange screw... need help

I was adjusting the pulley flange on my H generator for a new belt and when I started to tighten the set screw it sheared right off. I was able to get it out, but it is not listed in the parts catalog by itself. [b:83c0d71839]Does anyone have one of these sitting around?[/b:83c0d71839] It looks to be kind of special since it is slotted at one end and the other end has about 1/8" without threads.

THANKS!

Visit your local hardware, Home Depot, etc and ask for a "cup point set screw". This is a headless screw with a hex (Allen) socket in the one end so you can turn it with an Allen wrench.

If memory serves generator set screw is 1/4-20 thread 1" long. Price is less than $1.00.

The screw and nut are listed with the back half of the pulley.

Item #5: 6746DX, Generator Pulley Flange, with screw, 102820 and Nut, 218436

102820 still comes up as a good number on Messicks web site. List price $0.33. Stock shows zero on hand.
