IH 2150 red frame, IH blue lift parts & IH cream wheels is my best estimate.
The Wisconsin Historical Society has a large amount of IH pictures, color chart, etc.

The plow that you are painting is a #16 heavy duty plow that was designed for deep tillage and could be obtained in 3, 4, or 5 bottom sizes, and in either 14 or 16 inch widths. These plows were convertible, that is the 5 bottom could be changed to 4 and the 4 bottom could be reduced to 3 simply by removing the offset rear bottom. Clutch lift or hydraulic lift was available as a customer option. The adjusting cranks were provided for leveling the plow and regulating depth. Production totalled over 8500 plows and were made between 1953 and 1965. I have a 3x16 hydraulic lift model.

The plows themselves are "Super Chief" and you say they are 14". The plow points can be found at Case IH or some of the other aftermarket suppliers.
