I finally got my decals and finished up my 966. I purchased them on this site, and although they are nice, they did"t match the originals closely at all. Guess they"ll have to do though. This is a family tractor my dad bought new in the 70s and originally had a cab. I rebuilt the engine myself about 10 yrs ago but just recently got around to tearing it down and repaint it as I reconfigured it to an open station. I reconfigured the cab steps and man is this tractor easy to get on and off of! Way better than the "ladder" they normally have.
That"s my 13 yr old son, Carson, at the wheel. He prefers my JD 70 or his "36 B, but he"s coming around....
Sadly, in just a few weeks, this girl has to go back to work mowing setaside with a 10" Woods mower. At least I"ll LOOK good while I"m mowing.
