are these worth more than a reg. b?? and it seems the gov. is lazy - what makes it slow to react? thank you in advance--!!

The BN was made in fewer numbers than the B but I would consider it not rare. In price it may bring 200 more mostly due to its handier size. Jim

If the governor is "lazy" it probably needs attention. There are small pins, bushings, springs etc in there that get worn. It is not a hard job to get it back in shape, and a Case/IH Dealer should either have, or be able to get the parts for it. A service manual will have the procedure for set up after repairs.
