A friend of mine was going to toss it out, thought I would
see if anyone was interested

Mom finally had to give ours away, it got too small for family and never would break down.
 
If it works I'll take it. I am halfway between Detroit and Lansing. If it doesn't work...well, shoot me an e-mail.
 
I know an old tractor 'mek-a-neck' that has a light bulb on in his and stores welding rod in it; keeps the flux from absorbing moisture. He also has warm pop in there - yuk. I like my Coca~Cola cold.
 
It doesn't work, I'll send you an email. Sounds like you are roughly near Brighten, the IH fridge is in Clarkston, about 30 miles, maybe 45 minutes. It is yours if you want it.

Send it to the guy in Las Vegas that does the Restorations. Just watching his show, he has done some amazing things that looked totally hopeless. It would be worth the price to a true IH collector
