F20,2M picker value

I have a F20 with a 2M picker mounted on it. It was in running and operating condition when it was parked in about 1967 it has been in a shed although it has a dirt floor and is well sunk in. It is covered in junk so it is hard to see but I know that there is a set of wheels with rubber tires setting behind it and the elevator is also setting behind it. I have a friend who wants to buy and restore it. So was wanting an idea of a fair price. Thanks

If your friend is willing to dig it out and restore it, let 'em have it. If it is to scrap or part out, split the money with him somehow. Looks like quite the project to me (and that is just getting it out)!

Around $200 I would guess if you want some money. You have to consider the amount of money this guy is going to put into it(maybe $2000-$3000). At least he's saving it, that's good to see.
If this buyer is rich then make him pay a grand!!!Haha

I would find out scrap-value (like our Regular, your F20 should weigh close to 4,000 pounds without the picker)... and work from their to determine price. Would also find out the value of the picker. Looking at for sale ads here on YT or looking on ebay may be helpful to get pricing ideas.

Is the engine loose? Does the F20 have any special features (foot pegs, pto extension, or any other special stuff). How rare is the picker?

The guy who sold our Regular to us, literally could have sold it for $400 just for scrap two years ago. But was his grandpa's tractor and he would like to see her run again... so he said he wanted $200 for it. My husband said, get out the checkbook and write the man a check. But as someone mentioned here - we will spend a small fortune to get it running.

Thanks for the responses It doesn't sound like it has much value we trade some labor back and forth on our farms so maybe we will work something out. I would like to restore it myself but have other projects and don't know when I would get to it. I am in central Illinois Thanks
