Steering Column on B

I have the wheels off right now on a double front "45 B doing some wheel bearing replacement, and keep thinking to myself that I should try to remedy why there is years of oil/grease/dirt caked up on the bolster and worm wheel while I have stuff taken apart. Assuming everything else is ok, should I just be able to replace the two gaskets and the worm wheel shaft oil seal to prevent any further long-term leaking?

There is a seal at the bottom of the steering sector when it fails the 90wt drains out. The worm and gear with the bearing must be getting pretty dry by now along with the bushings.
