After much heat I was able to move out the front tire for plowing purposes. by doing so I now need to adjust the tie rod, but I cannot figure out how to. I have both ends loose, and it appears I cannot get the proper angle I guess.

What tricks are there to make it all owrk when moving the front axles out?

Thanks in advance

It should just slide out to match the axle. Might have to put a pipe wrench on it and twist it as you pull out on it. Once out oil it good.

The amount of toe in is given in the Operators Manual, I don't have a 300, perhaps someone else can look it up. Toe in is adjusted with both ends attached. If the threads are rusted badly you need to apply your favorite rust loosener, or perhaps carefully heat them.
