1 B Farmall and trailer was taken out of shed neer Louisiana Mo . The tractor was in pieces to be restored. It had a belly mower with it. Family tractor, was to be given to a young family member when done.

Hope you had photos, especially if there is anything unusual i.e. welding, grinding marks, or a part that wasn't 'factory'; serial #'s.

Then, if the rotten scoundrels are apprehended, (and I'm not a violent fellow) how about stringing them up by their thumbs until all the snow in the continental U.S. of A. has melted from this [u:9a47aaec1b]past[/u:9a47aaec1b] winter?!?!

Call the local scrap yards. Most likely they wanted the trailer and will sell the tractor as scrap iron.

I guess I am a violent guy because I think if you catch someone stealing your property you should have the right to shoot them. Criminals know there is no real punishment for their crimes.

Shooting them might be too good. I think they should be made to suffer just a bit. Can we say "elastrator"?

The scrap yards have been notified, but when you walk out the door it is forgotten. Was hoping to see it on CL but haven't .
Yes they will keep trailer and use the three yr plates on it and no one will be the wiser unless the have an accident.
There also has been an report to the sheriff.

I would be at your local scrap yard Saturday and walk around and have a look, they will sell anything on the lot, so look around. Call B&W in WQ and have them keep an eye out too.
