Farmall M manifold question

What was the story behind the manifold with the three bars? I saw this one the other day and I couldn't remember.

that is a 450 gasoline manifold. it is a colder manifold than an m gas manifold and the exhaust runners are quite a bit bigger.

Used on 450 gas tractors and then became the replacement gasoline manifold for M through 450 until IH stopped selling them.

I thought it was a slightly better manifold than the stockers. Should I buy it for my SMTA? What is the normal price? Mine has the pipe welded in it, but it works just fine.
