Just got a call from a friend that has an IH 354 gas utility. He claims the hydraulics are working slow and the pump is really whining. I asked him when the last time the hydraulic oil was changed? He had NO idea. Im looking for info on its hydraulics and filters. Anyone have knowledge on these?
