650 injection pump rebuild

Wondering if anyone has had a injection pump rebuilt lately to know what it costs, the guy says it leaks fuel back into the oil pan when it is shut off, said it was an bad oring and it is an easy fix, just wondering, thanks
 
Between 1000-1200 to rebuild complete pump here this more than one easy fix then i tell the preson that says it to go ahead and do it

What are you trying to say? I don't understand what you mean.
 
Scott, what I don't understand is this guy runs wanted ads all
over the Midwest for some of the harder to find wheatland
tractors and then wants them for nothing. If you found one buy
it, fix it and move on. The archives are full of useful
information including this very topic.
 
D282, unless I am doing business with you I don't see what concern it is of your what questions I ask, where I run ads or what I pay for things, did you ever think that I was looking at two different tractors and wondering which one would turn out better, just asked a simple question, didn't really need your input!!, thanks to all that replied with useful info!!
 
Joe, I was hoping to get some more information from you. Are you collecting just wheat land tractors, or finding the tractors your dad had etc. I was hoping to hear, see some pictures of your collection. If we know what you are trying to do you may get some more help. Do you farm with these tractors, go to plow days etc. A rebuilt pump from Emmetsburg, IA will run you $1500 exchange, or you can take a gamble and have them fox yours sometimes being less and sometimes being more. $100 an injector. Good Luck with your endeavors.
 
I have never seen a cheap or easy fix on a gas start. The cheapest, easiest fix is the little pump at around $125. That shouldn't be your problem.
 
thanks sflem849,that's kind of what I thought from talking to guys at some shows,just thought I would ask you guys,didn't mean to bother anybody!!!
