Replacing M Governor

I have a Farmall M with a wore out governor assy I purchased another governor is it as easy to remove old governor install new one and hook up carburetor to governor tube? please advise thanks

Yes Ben. Just pull out the old one and install the other one. Crankshaft does not need to be in any particular position. Just make sure that the tab on the tube goes into the slot on the carburetor.

I changed out the unit on my H a couple of years ago. There is a gasket between the governor and plate it attaches to you'll need.
