If you could get a picture of the WHOLE tool, on a surface where it doesn't blend in so well, that would help.

Right now all I can see is a piece of flat bar that's clearly welded to some sort of hoop deal, and it's all blending into the plywood.

I could only get one pic here, other one is in identify as stated in original post.

I am pretty sure it is for moving rear wheels. I can add another post here with pic

The yoke has a cam lock to hold onto the axle, I think the rods are clamped between the the the lock and cast center and the lever is used to push the wheel in or out.

Someday when I have a wheel loose I will try it.

I got it cheap so I added it to the collection.

That is true, the horseshoe cam thing comes apart so it can be put on the inside also
