A fair asking price for this Farmall A

My freind wants to buy this tractor and im not sure what to ask for it?

This is my farmall A tractor which i have:
-put all new 90w gear oil in the whole tractor
-new spark plugs
-all new gages
-new fan with fan belt
-all the wiring has been redone, new lights
-new front tires MADE in the USA
-new front wheel bearings

Good to restore just needs the bodywork fix up!
Engine starts and runs nice.

Your lights and battery are in the wrong place. Maybe worth $1200. Speaking from experience it would cost me about $5000 to restore that tractor.

Sad thing is that there's probably more UV resistance in those trash bags than in the tires underneath them today.

I'd say it's probably about a $1100-1300 tractor here. A couple of bonuses (pump, precleaner), several good points and a few small issues/negatives (seat cushion, lights, batt. box, drawbar). It would be a fair deal for buyer or seller in that price range in Northern Indiana.

Not much left to those rear tires, I'd say $800 at the most. But then again, how gullible is your friend, and if you live in California, add another $400
