Farmall 400 3pt/Drawbar Pics

I know a while back there was some curiosity about the drawbar on my new 400. It has a customized Saginaw 3pt with a drawbar fabricated to fit. Not sure what its off, but its fairly heavy duty and whoever put it on there, did a VERY nice job!

I have a similar drawbar(nontelescopic) on both SH and SM.Way better than the old 'hoop'.That is a IH two piece drawbar,Very handy for hooking up. Good Job!

That's the way they all ought to be. Twin cylinders, so the top shaft wont bend, circle-adjustor on the top link. Thanks. Wish I had it.

I would love to have one of those for my 450! What model Saginaw hitch is it? (Even though I know that it has been modified). Thanks for the pics, Hugh

The drawbar is ok, maybe better than original but the original drawbar works with Saginaw, the axle brackets are removed and it bolts to the 3 point. The swinging part is also used. The same Saginaw is used with the H thru 450, can be bolted to the 460 and 560 if no fast hitch. The piece that the upper link is attached to is a modification, for a reason unknown to me.

Drawbar is off an 06 series and up IHC.

Any chance that style hitch would stand up on an 856?
Not looking to pull a 5 or 6 bottom plow, just lighter loads.
