F 14,What # plugs are recomended

I prefere auto light,looking for a hot plug with a mag system,I should know this but forgot the number

Yes, Autolite 3076.

3077s are a better choice.

A year ago I tried putting 3077 plugs in my F20. After that I had trouble getting it started even though it has electric start. Took out the 3077 and replaced them with 3076 and now it starts right up. I had both sets gapped at 25. Not sure why 3077 didn't work as quite a few recommend them in older F series tractors. Al

ive got close to 30 pre 39's...........and they all have 3076's in them :wink:

First Ive ever heard of them causing problems. My 14 will run on 3076s, but its easier to start with the 3077s and they dont tend to foul as much. Infact the set in it now is going on 6 years old.
