Permatex makes a product called "The Right Stuff". It is pricey (24.00 tube), but I used it on my JD 40 and on my JD H with great results. I know that some local shops originally started using it on differential covers and solved the problems with the leaks as well. I have a 1939 F-20 that needs some attention and I will use this product for sure. Hope this helps, EB |

| I agree, that is the only product I use now, and it is fantastic stuff, but expensive. Make dang sure the surfaces have no trace of oil on them prior to applicating the sealer, I use brake cleaner to insure this. |

| I agree with the "Fight Stuff" by Permatex. My son restores antique cars and that's what they use too. |
