1944 Farmall H compression

90-100psi across all cylinders would be an distillate engine in pretty good shape, providing it has never been rebuilt with higher compression pistons.

remove all the plugs so th engine will turn over easy then look in a sparkplug hole with a lite and you can see the piston when its all the way up. If the piston has a low spot it would still be a Distallite piston. Chances are they have been long gone and replaced with a flat top or even hae a dome on them. Original distillate pistons would not have a lot of compression in comparison to a flat top or domed one. Reguardless of the reading you want them to pretty much the same you also cannot tell the condition of the valves as they mite need attention and give a low reading.
