What's this wrench for?

I bought this IH wrench over the weekend. Any idea if it came with a piece of equipment or is just a wrench that would"ve been purchased at a dealership? Thanks!

Also in tool box of SC. IIRC it fit the wheel lugs and all the bolts that held the implements to the tractor casting.
Also in B414D tool box and it fit wheel nuts. The B414D one was heavier handle and different sizes than SC.

Don't they fit the wheels ,weights, cultivator mounts ,ect. ?
