IH 585 brake issue

Friend of mine has a 585 tractor thats having brake issues, the brake fluid disssppears after setting for a couple weeks, it doesnt leak to the outside , do they leak internally ? Im more aquainted with AC, but just wondering what may be going on here before i take it on

It will leak to the inside of transmission. It will need to be taken apart and replace O-rings. Use lots of lube when you put it back together to keep O-rings from being torn.

Well known issue, relatively easily fixed, but there can be problems getting them re bled??
