Colby 560 stainless exhaust being made yet??

Hey guys....

Anyone have the larger exhaust (stainless) for 560 yet?

Might just buy and new one & get it chromed :)

My original one has some dents (did have it ceramic coated) and I need to address it before upcoming shows :) I did turn them around so you can only see them from the drivers seat.

Yes we are going to RPRU in Ohio this year and heritage tractor drive.

Any other tractor drives in central IL?

I got email from (where our family farm is) that they want to feature my 560 in this years county tractor drive, super COOL.

bermuda ken says he has the stainless steel ones, as i was just thinking to order one for mine. got a stainless for my w-400 already from him.
 
Colby, Who did you use for your chrome work on your 560 restoration? Looking forward to the information.
 
What did you use for a rubber sealing plug or grommet on the rear of your headlights where the wires enter the housings? I have what appears to be the same style of light housings on my 1958 Farmall 240 I'm restoring and haven't been able to find the original ones anywhere. I have found a couple of grommets that will probably work fine but nothing is like the original appearance. Anything you can share will be most appreciated and will see you in Lima, Hal.

The 560-660 stainless mufflers are due to arrive in late March @ C&G. Stainless raincaps & 1-bolt clamps should be in then too!!

so ken, do these mufflers for the 560-660 have the longer body as i was questioning before?
as i was asking about the gas being the same muffler as the diesel?

Tractor Cruise on June 15th. We have a 50 mile run
that will take us down to Mattoon this year.
 
Yes....these are made using IH blueprints from the 560 era to build them from, so they are "correct". They have the IH and the part number stamped into the side too.
 
Ken, Does a Farmall 656 use the same muffler as the 560 or is it somewhat different? The muffler on my 656 is black as I recall, Hal.
 
I use Brownies Polishing Shop in Ringwood ILL, is great to work with and his work is the best, Sorry I am in FL now so don't have a phone # but the owner works by himself and his name is Neil Brown, tell him I sent you has down numerous tractor parts for me good luck.

I did couple 100k Chev, Cuda, and Tbird restos in San Diego years back. I used Lemon Grove Plating in Chula Vista ( in SD) and they were super. Then the National CCC found them and it a was a 3 month wait for one bumper.
But I would talk to them about some small parts.
