Does anyone have any experience with an 1850 loader on a B-414? I was told that the tractor did not have enough hydraulic pressure. I also don't know if it would be a direct bolt on or require some creative cutting and welding.

Hydraulic pressure should be o/k @ 2500psi.

The main concern i can see is lack of oil capacity (volume) from the hydraulic reservoir!!

The B-414 uses the transmission/rear end for the oil reservoir. I am not sure of the oil specs for the b-414 but we did have a loader on one and it did just fine. It seems that the loader we had was a Bucyrus.

Hi, I believe the IH 1800 series of loaders were designed for the IH 74 series of tractors ie 574,674 etc. You do not want to put a loader on a tractor that is to heavy for the tractor as it will wreck the front end. Look for an IH 1500 series loader or OEM equivalent. We had 434 with 1501 loader and 384 with 1550 loader. Either would fit B414 but head lights must be moved.
