SH starter pull rod

Starter pull rod is missing on a SH im working on. Anybody know what diameter rod I need to fab a new one? Tractor is 60 miles away so I can just go out and measure. Thanks!

I have a 53 Super H with the same set up, I'll check a little later this evening, you're asking about the dia. of the rod right ? AL

We have repro ones already made up. What serial # decides which one as there is 2 different ones. If I can help you let me know.

What the cost on the repo ones? Its an early Super...'53 stage 1

Matt, I though most of those rods were 3/16"

nope, thats the choke rod. starter rod is heavery. oldiron29

If you have the early SH with battery under the fuel tank the rod is $20.00 + shipping. I can get a picture if you want. These are repro rods done in our shop from either original patterns or NOS patterns. We make several control rods, choke rods, belt pulley rods etc for a lot of tractors from the 450 tractors and back into and including the pre 39 tractors. Let me know if any interest. Thanks Dwayne
