has anybody seen these?

Somebody gave me one as a joke - but they're great books.

They're meant for very young kids.

But very accurate renditions (though cartoony) of old tractors - mostly a farmall M.

If you've got young kids/grandkids look them up, you'll enjoy them as much as the kids.

I love them and so do my little boys. I have a 48 H and my name is Mac Tucker so my boy thinks it is about our tractor. I emailed the author and found out he owns a Cub. They are wonderful books even for adults... Who does not love Sam the ram, Sibley the horse Carla the chicken, and Margo the cow. I would also recommend the Otis the Tractor books. Well worth owning even if you do not have kids.
 
mac is a few towns over and has been to a few FFA work nights I think the book tractor mac gets a tune up is about one of the tractors the kids restored last year and sold raffel tickets WAMOGO IN LITCHFIELD CT great books
 

Yup, my son (2 1/2 years old) just got a new one today for V-Day.

He loves them, I enjoy reading them to him. They're well written and well illustrated.

It's nice to see a "Farmall Book".

Great book series indeed!

My two preschool grandsons have all the and love them. The stories and artwork are very well done - interesting even to adults.

Incidentally the author (Billy Steers) travels to several shows around the northeast every summer. He performs by telling a tractor-related story while illustrating it "live" on a white board. His shows are very much enjoyed by both kids and adults.

We 1st met Billy @ Red Power in Bloomsburg Pa in 07 and IH New England Chpter 18 had him as our feature speaker last fall at our annual banquet. He is a very interesting speaker for young and old alike.
