WD-9 firing order

What is the firing order on a WD-9?..starting with top right of distributor (1) which wire goes there? bear with me on this I'm new at it..thanks

1 3 4 2 counter clock wise with # 1 wire at 2 oclock position is the way it should be unless dist. timing was changed.

OK got wires hooked that way.The mag is push all the way away from tractor to get any fire does not stay running-getting gas...

you need to check the timing to make sure its firing when timing marks are in line.

You need to also check that the rotor points to #1 cylinder when it is on TDC. I got a WD9 from a neighbor once who couldn't get it running after his son put points in the mag. Found out that he put the mag on 180 degrees out of time. I put the mag back on in the right spot and tractor started right up. Al
