F300 disc brakes

Tore the left side off this weekend, what a greasy mess, got that cleaned up, and the outside brake surface ( inside the outer housing) is rusted pretty badly. Anyone with experience on how to get this cleaned up, I can get most of it with a ROTO disc, but how does one go about keeping it flat??
In a perfect world, something like a small machine along the lines of one that re-surfaces flywheels would be perfect. Anyone with experience in this area, or can steer me in the right direction, please respond.
Is there a set measurement from the housing rim down to the inner brake surface?

I don't know how to fix it but I have a couple of nice ones out of a
Super H with what look like good seals that I would sell one for
$20.

I haven't got the other side off yet, but I may need both.
What part number are one yours, mine are 358046R1.
It's an early 300, so the part numbers may be the same.
