464IH Diesel with a loader, the loader is run off the rear hyd lines by the pto shaft, how would I plumb this to run the loader and have the use of the rear hyd fittings?

You will need a separate set of valves for the loader, and some means of dividing the flow (flow divider valve which will slow both systems down) or have a "pressure beyond" valve on the loader that feeds back to the tractor valves. If there is a tractor valve that allows "pressure beyond", that would work also, but I don't know if IH made allowances for that.
There is no way to split the flow off of the disconnects and use both without separate valves for the loader. You may be better off adding a pump and valves for the loader. The more stuff you try to run off one system, the more problems you will run into.

not sure about a 464,but on my 574 ,I plumbed my loader in by removng the high pressure return. Used two hoses with couplers and tied into my loader valve.

First time didn't work, so second time lucky.

As others have said, you required a dual valve hydraulic controls and there is two ways to connect the valves,

See attached diagram:
1)With power beyond adapter many $$$
2)Disconnecting high pressure return line between the top of remote values for remote hydraulic outlets and draft control and capping off draft control.
